The selected center in the Health Care survey module were all Health Care Centers in the sample of the Services Survey and classified as private national where the national private sector or individuals owned 51.0% of the center capital or more.\nStratification\nFour levels of stratification were followed in designing the sample of the Services Survey including:\n1.\tStratification by goal: the center was classified to profit or non-profit activities center. \n2.\tStratification by region: the Center was classified to three regions, the remaining West Bank, Jerusalem and Gaza strip.\n3.\tStratification by the economic activity.\n4.\tStratification by employers group.\n\nSample Size\nThe sample size was 230 Palestinian Health Care Centers. The interviewers were trained on the environmental survey by implementing a training course in Nablus, Ramallah, Hebron, and Gaza.  Instructions for filling the questionnaire were made available for the interviewers. The data entry program was prepared to satisfy a number of requirements such as:\nDuplication of the questionnaire on the computer screen.\nLogical and consistency check of entered data.\nPossibility for internal editing of questions answers.\nMaintaining a minimum of digital data entry and fieldwork errors.\nUser-Friendly handling.\nPossibility of transferring data into another format to be used and analyzed using other\n statistical analytical systems such as SAS and SPSS."},"analysis_info":{"response_rate":"-","sampling_error_estimates":"1.
