All necessary technical and administrative preparation were setup prior to fieldwork operations.\n\nThe data in this report come from two sources and each one has a method for collecting data about the Health Care Centers (Governmental  and Non-Governmental).\n\nThe data that comes from administrative records involved delivering the questionnaires to respondents to be self-filled, during the period  20\/03\/2012 to 15\/10\/2012.","act_min":"Field work visits.","weight":"It is Necessary when calculating estimates of survey indicators to calculate weights, so that each analysis unit weight proportionate with the probability of selection of the unit from the target population,  therefore the weights of primary care centers have been calculated when were selected from frame, and after the completion of the data collection phase the weights were modified to compensate for non-response cases.","cleaning_operations":"The data processing stage contain of the following operations:\nEditing before data entry: all questionnaires were edited again in the office using the same instructions adopted for editing in the fields.\nData entry: In this stage data were entered into the computer, using Access database.   The data entry program was prepared to satisfy a number of requirements such as:\nDuplication of the questionnaire on the computer screen.\nLogical and consistency check of data entered.\nPossibility for internal editing of questions answers.\nMaintaining a minimum of digital data entry and fieldwork errors.\nUser-Friendly handling.\nPossibility of transferring data into another format to be used and analyzed using other statistical analytical systems such as SAS and SPSS"},"analysis_info":{"response_rate":"Response rate was 93%","sampling_error_estimates":"1.
