The questionnaire included essential variables required to study the impacts of COVID-19 on small, medium and large institutions in the West Bank and Gaza. Palestine Palestine Enterprises Sample population of survey included all enterprises working in any of the following activities (industry, construction, internal trade, information and communication, transportation and storage, services and Finance and insurance), which collect data for 2020. Sample survey data [ssd] 1.General Information. 2.Number of employed persons. 3.COVID-19 impact on institutions (on employment, sales, raw materials. 4.Dealing with financial problems. 5.Expectation and uncertainty. 6.Mechanism for dealing with financial problems in institutions. 7.Required interventions (policies). 8.Baseline of economic indicators Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics The sample is One-Stage Stratified Systematic Random Sample (without replacement). Sample Strata Three levels are used to divide the population into strata: 1.Region (North of the West Bank in addition to Jericho Governorate, Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate, Jerusalem Governorate, Bethlehem Governorate, Hebron Governorate, Gaza Strip) 2.Strata were created based on the fourth digit of ISIC-4, excluding services sector based on the second in which every activity presents an actual stratum. 3.Enterprise size (small, medium, large) by number of employees. 13,974 enterprises were reached of which,11,243 enterprises responded on COVID-19 questions Computer Assisted Personal Interview [capi] The survey's questionnaire was designed to achieve the objectives of this study. The questionnaire included essential variables required to study the impacts of COVID-19 on small, medium and large institutions in the West Bank and Gaza. It was oriented by joint efforts between PCBS team and the World Bank team and cooperation with GIZ and international institutions adaptation to the Palestinian situation. The interviewers in the fieldwork are selected from the experienced ones in the statistical work and they are also trained theoretically and practically. Field visits were conducted by survey's management team to ensure data collection was carried out according to standards The weight of statistical units (sampling unit) in the sample was defined as the mathematical inverse of the selection probability where the sample of the survey is one-stage stratified systematic random sample, so we calculated the weight of each enterprise depending on the selection probability of each enterprise (a systematic random sample), then weights were adjusted based on interview result. Data processing went through several phases since the beginning of the preparation of data collection on 21/06/2020 until the end of the fieldwork on 30/11/2020. This process included the following phases: 1.Programming Phase The data collection application was prepared by the IT staff at PCBS. IT staff tested the application with the project director and all comments and updates were implemented, skips between questions, and some verification rules were also tested, a final version of the application was provided on time. 2.Training Phase All materials were prepared and included in the training manual on the requirements of data processing during fieldwork. The training halls were well prepared and contained microphones and a Wi-Fi. Training for Gaza Strip was carried out separately. 3.Verification Phase All verifications and consistency checks were applied to PC-Tablet applications. An error message pops up when entering a wrong value and some error messages show up in red for sensitive questions. The project coordinator tested the application by entering pilot questionnaires. In addition, there was a pretest by project director before collecting the data. 4.Other Data Processing Issues ·PC-Tablets: In general, PC-tablets were user friendly and familiar. During training, every interviewer was trained on a PC-tablet for their own use ·Data Collection Application (Survey Solution): The application was well designed and had a user friendly interface. Nevertheless, a programmer needed to be available when an error occurred by any of the supervisors and interviewers. ·Internet Connection (Wi-Fi): During the training, internet connection was available for trainers and trainees. During fieldwork, 81 SIM cards with internet connection were provided for each PC-tablet by Jawwal Company during data collection process. ·Administration Website: The website was friendly designed and easy to use, as it shows totals of completed questionnaire by interviewers. Supervisors were supplied by PCBS with four PC-tablets operating on Windows operations system to review and follow up on the data and to fill the sections they were responsible for. Response rate:83.9%. Sampling Errors Data of this survey were affected by sampling errors due to use of the sample. Variance was calculated for the most important indicators, accordingly, it is possible to disseminate the results at regional level. Non Sampling Error These types of errors could appear on one or on all of the survey stages that include data collection and data entry; they related to, respondents, fieldworkers, and data entry personnel. To avoid errors and mitigate their impact, a number of procedures were applied to enhance the accuracy of the data through a process of data collection from the field and data processing. General Statistics Law No. (5) for Year 2000 Article (17) 1. All individual information and data submitted to the Bureau for statistical purposes shall be treated as confidential and shall not be divulged, in whole or in part, to any individual or to a public or private body, or used for any purpose other than for preparing statistical tables. 2. The Bureau shall endeavor to issue official statistical publications in aggregate tables, which do not disclose individual data, in conformity with the confidentiality of statistical data. وقت يتم اغلاق المحلات من قبل الاحتلال في اي مواجهات تحدث ويتكرر هذا الحدث دوما الوقوف بجانب شريحة المحامين ان الحكومة تدفع الديون الي عليها ان السلطه تسد الديون الي عليها ان تتحمل الحكومة والمؤسسات التابعة لها الخسارة التي وقعت خلال فترة الطوارئ بما يقابل 35% من الخسائر في العمل ان تدفع الحكومة المستحقات التى عليها ان تدفع الحكومة وسلطة النقد والبلديات ما عليها من مستحقات لمكتب الهندسة ان يكون اقتصاد حقيقي ان يكون حل لمشكلة الشيكات الراجعة ان. تكون الكهرباء لمدة 24 ساعة بنفس. التكلفة العادية انتعاش السوق انهاء الانقسام و عودة الضفة وغزة ادارة واحدة انهاء امور الشيكات الراجعه ايجاد حل لمشكلة كل هذة البنود لا تعنية ليس بحاجة السبب سوف يتم اغلاق المحل التجاري بسبب تراكم الديون لا لايوجد لايوجد بضاعة في المحل البضاعة من بعد شهر 5 موجوده في الميناء ويوجد صعوبه في ادخالها لفت النظر للمؤسسات الصغيرة ودعمها من اجل الوقف واستمرار الحياة ،لان الحياة اصبحت بحاجة للنضال للاهتمام بالقطاع الزراعي للاهتمام بقضية الشكات الراجعه للتخلص من ها وباء لم يتم الدفع للعاملين بالطريقة الصحيحة ويجب النظر بعين الاعتبار لو لم يتم ايقاف الشكات لكان الوضع افضل كانه اعطاء اشارة للموظفين بعدم دفع ما عليهم من مستحقات رغم نزول رواتبهم ،اصحاب المؤسسات الصغيرة تضررت جدا ما تفتحو البلد بدون عرب ال48 ما متوفر لديه ما مدخر لديه مابدهم اشي محاربة بائعين السولارالمهرب مراعات المناطق في اغلاق يتم اغلق الموبوئه فقط مساعدات تغذية للاطفال مساعدات مالية مساعدات مالية لتغطية الديون مساعدات من الحكومة للاستمرار مثل المطاعم والكوفي شوب وهذه المعرض الصغيرة لانها تضررت كثيرا يجب النظر للمؤسسات الصغيرة وبالذات الموجوده في شارع القدس لانه اي مسجشكلة تحدث يتم اغلاق الشارع ويؤثر ذلك على المؤسسات وايضا احداث الطوارئ تتاثر هذة المؤسسات كثيرا يجب النظر للمؤسسات الصغيرة ودعمها ماديا يجب على الجميع الإلتزام بالوقاية و لبس القفازات و الكمامات و عمل دورات توعوية يجب على الحكومة ان تعمل اغلاق جميع المؤسسات معا ،لا مؤسسة تفتح أبوابها وتستفيد ومؤسسة لا ، يجب على السلطة اتخاذ قرار واحد اما تمنع التجوال كامل مو ناس تنزل تشتغل وناس لاء ،لانه بهذة الحاله يتاثر الاقتصاد يجب اخذ قرار واضح ،لانه يلي برد على الحكومه هو يلي خسران ويلي بنزل وبشتغل هو يلي ربحان الوضع سئ للغاية لا نريد اي مساعدات يجب على السلطة في مثل هذا الوضع الاجتماع مع اصحاب المحلات والاحتكاك مع الناس لسماع ارائهم ، الاقتصاد ادمر واذا بتم الوضع هيك ومابتحسن رح تخرج مؤسسات كبيرة من السوق ،ويرفض فكرة تعبئة الاستمارة عن بعد لانها تخص امور مالية وهذا خطا يجب على سلطة البند ان تمنع البنوك اعطاء دفاتر الشيكات والقروض لاي شخص يجب دراسة الشخص قبل الموافقة على اعطاءه ذهة الامور حتى يستطيع السداد بمثل هذه الظروفة يجب عمل برنامج بسلم الاولويات سداد الديون الداخلية للحكومه عدم طرح عطاءات جديده الا للضروره القصوي الإنتاج الانشائي و التركيز ع الصناعات الخفيفه والزراعه والضغط عالبنوك باعطاء تسهيلات نقديه يجب لغاء الضريبه كاملة وليس جزء منها يحتاج الي مساعدات ماديه بدون فؤاد يحتاج تعويض عن فترة الركود بسبب كورونا يحلو عنا وبس يحلو هاي الازمه يخلو الناس تتعايش يخلونا انعيش يخلونا بحالنا ونشتغل يخلونا ع راحتنا يرجع الوضع الوضع الطبيعي يرجع الوضع الى طبيعته يرجع الوضع طبيعي يرجع كل شي طبيعي يرجعو كل شي الى طبيعته ويلغوو التسكير يرجى الاتصال من الحكومة عليهم يعملو للتجار تسهيلات مع البنوك لانهم ضررو يفتحو الاسواق يفتحو البلد تناس تتعايش مع الفايروس يفتحو السوق يفتحو كل الطرق يفتحو مشاريع ليكون دخل دائم يفتحو و الاسواق ويخلونا تتعايش مع
